This will be an occasional blog mainly about the exploits of S/y Duyfken a 29 foot wooden, cutter rigged sloop. Duyfken has already cruised from the Lakes Entrance area of Southern Victoria, to Port Stephens in New South Wales and is based in Sydney Australia. I will post some pics eventually. Whilst I am her new owner I have crewed on her for nearly 25 years. Currently reading The Cauliflower by Nicola Barker.

As it's turned only one post to date, however I have single handed Duyfken from Sydney to Pittwater return several times and also to Brookline/ Hawkesbury with crew for a 3-4 sojourn. With Vivid Delta ravaging Sydney my mooring is out of reach but hopefully this summer will see us offshore again. RC
